Very nice bar in a nice atmosphere. The staff was very courteous and contributed to the nice evening and the mixed crowd. The map is very clear but very good and to the point. We'll be back ☺️

Very incompetent staff! I just wanted to buy a voucher for the 2/4 on Neubaustraße, as I did almost 2 years ago. So I drove into the city, looked for a parking space, fed the parking meter, walked to the restaurant and then stood there for over 10 minutes as ordered and did not pick up because there was simply not a single service person in the restaurant or at the counter. At some point a lady came in from the bottom in slow motion and did not pay attention to me at first. When I approached her and asked for a voucher, she said only disinterested that I can't get it here, but only in the bar at the theater. She couldn't explain to me why. Of course, I was pretty annoyed and so I returned to my car without a voucher, and of course I fed the parking meter for free. I then drove to the theater, looked for a parking space again, fed the parking meter again and then went to the 2/4 bar and said again that I would like a voucher that I should get here. The service staff was then completely overwhelmed, said that I had to wait until her colleague came back from the break, but that would still take 20 minutes. Then I really had to pull myself together to stay friendly. When her colleague finally came - in the meantime, of course, I had to feed the parking meter again - she also didn't know where the vouchers were. The two of you looked through all the drawers on the counter and eventually found a (!) Folded card with a floral motif. I then said that the vouchers looked very different last year, and that I really don't want to give away a card that has just been folded. So they searched again but didn't find the right vouchers. So then I paid my € 50 and then got the folded card in my hand, it probably wasn't enough for an envelope. All in all, the fun then cost me almost 2 hours, 1.50 € parking fees and a lot of nerves. The service staff in both locations looked inexperienced, overwhelmed, slow and uninterested. I have not received an apology, nor have I been offered coffee or the like for the inconvenience and long waiting time. This is really a terrible service that should be trained urgently. In any case, I will no longer set foot in the 2/4 bars.

Very nice cafe. It is very simple, almost a bit cold. But also has flair. The service was super friendly, everything was fast, warm and very delicious. Good value for money !! Parking available nearby (residence, car park at the theater).
